Ideal candidate will be a post graduate/ MBA in Human Resources with 4-5 years of relevant experience. Key responsibilities will include manpower planning: organogram, promotions and separations including annual manpower budget; sourcing, identify and maintain regular contact with external recruitment agencies to support the recruitment process; supervise payroll; evaluate work performance and coordinate with management,
Plan and organize training and development; fleet management & maintenance; manage field supervisors; carry out route scheduling and trip allocation; support admin and sales on operational process; other responsibilities as maybe assigned from time to time.
